Shipping Informationz:
We send orders out using USPS, and are usually processed within 72 hours of purchase. Delivery time is estimated once your order leaves the shop. So for example, if your order says 2 day delivery, that means it takes the post office 2 days to get it to you. BADCLIFFE peeps still need time to stuff your order in a bag or box and get it on it's way (hence processing time). Orders delivered inside the US will have a tracking number that gets emailed to you. Sometimes the post office moves slower, sometimes faster. Give them at least a week before you come emailing us WHERE'S MY STUFF messages. And honestly, you should probably call the post office first and ask what's up since they have your item.
International Orders (Orders outside of the US):
Ok, so I'll be honest, we're shipping from Texas, USA and international shipping can get weird at times. Let me lay some knowledge on you (if you don't mind).
UK Orders
If you're in the UK, your government is trying to squeeze all your dimes. Customs will more than likely want to charge you a fee just for holding your package. It sucks, it's stupid, it ain't our fault. You may get a note in the mail that says "come pick up your awesome BADCLIFFE package" only to get hit with another bill. Feel free to give them a piece of your mind in the process. This is just a head's up from us. We hate Customs fees as much as you do.
Other International places that I'd like to visit in person one day
Ok, so, I'm pretty sure some post offices like to take your packages out for sight seeing trips around your country at times. We've seen packages arrive months after purchase and it just blows my mind. That being said International delivery times can take up to 14 business days or longer depending on the location being sent to. If after 21 days (like 3 weeks) your package still hasn't appeared, please call your local post office first and ask what's up. If they don't know, please email us with your order number and brief message to check. Check your tracking number first though. There may or may not be a customs fee; but just keep in mind it could happen. And I could win the lottery.
For higher priced items, we may require signature upon delivery. To like, be safe.
Some countries are on our no ship list. We're sorry about that.
Refunds:
We accept refunds up to 30 days after purchase and as long as it's still NEW in package. You may request a refund for any reason, but please be aware we do not cover return postage. If you would like a refund, please email us first with your order number, and let us know you’d like a refund. Package your item back up, and mail it to our warehouse at:

INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE PACKAGE. So we know it's from you. Kind of important if you're wanting a different size or your money back.
Returns need to be in the same shape as when you received them. If it's full of dog hair, nuked it in your dryer or your cat pee'd on it - it's yours forever.
Exchanges:
If you need to make an exchange due to sizing; contact us first by email. Don't just send it back and make us try to guess. Our stock goes quickly, so please email us right away, and we can set aside a different size for the exchange. If we don't have the size in stock you'd like to exchange for, we can offer a refund when we receive the original returned (still like new) item.
An exchange can happen within the first 30 days. The product has to still be brand new though - no exchanges if you've washed it, or grown a foot, or shrunk or for whatever reason other than it didn't fit right out of the bag.
We do not cover return shipping costs when exchanging an item. When emailing about an order, please include full name, address and order number.
